WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
We are happy to offer the following flat rate shipping, Australia Wide.

$9.95 for orders under $149.99
FREE for orders over $150

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
Please allow 48 for your order to be processed.
Please allow 5 - 7 business days(Mon-Fri) for shipping of your order to arrive. Processed orders will be shipped with either Sendle (courier) or Australia Post, whichever is the most cost effective for the size of your order.

We stock 90% of our items, however items such as the Cake Toppers (which are individually crafted) require a turn around time of 1- 2 weeks.

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
We do our best to avoid out of stock issues. But we can’t always predict what will be popular. In the event that stock runs out, the products will be clearly marked “out of stock” and you will not be able to purchase. If you really do want the item, please email us at customerservice@thepartypack.com.au to find out the ETA on stock arriving.

DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?
We apologise, but we currently do not offer EXPRESS shipping. If you do require an order be sent express, please contact us at customerservice@thepartypackco.com.au PRIOR TO CHECKOUT so we may give you a delivery date estimate. We are looking into offering this in the near future.

WHERE ARE MY PARTY PACK PARCELS?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link from Sendle or Australia Post. Simple :)

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
I apologise, at the moment we only ship within Australia.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We ship from Sydney, NSW Australia.

We ask that you ensure your details are correct when placing your order. As it is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address details.

Please note that we are not obliged to re-send your order to the correct address at our expense. If a parcel comes back to us marked return to sender, a re-posting fee will be charged to send it to you again.

Once a parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, it then becomes their responsibility.
Therefore, we cannot cover the cost of any items that are stolen or lost in transit.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE MY ORDER?
I take the time to make sure your orders are packed well so they arrive beautifully. I also try to reuse what I can, so sometimes you might receive packages in recycled boxes or with recycled packing material (shredded wrapping paper) Items from suppliers might come in their own plastic packaging.
